We will send your package for free within Belgium from a purchase amount of €50. Within the Netherland and Germany, we will send your package for free within a purchase amount of €75.

WHEN WILL MY PARCEL BE SHIPPED?
As soon as we receive your payment, your package will usually be shipped within 2 to 3 working days. Our products are handmade in low batches to ensure good quality products.
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?
Within Belgium, the package will be delivered after shipment. If a package is sent on a weekday, you will receive it the day. If a package is sent on Friday, it will arrive on Monday. If it is sent on the weekend, your package will be delivered on Tuesday.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PARCEL HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When your package has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Paying for your order can be done safely with bancontact/mistercash, maestro, visa, mastercard or paypal.
We would of course prefer if you and your pet are happy with the new accessories but if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with the products, the following steps apply:• Report your return within 28 days after receipt of the order by sending an email in advance to email@example.com with the items that are to be returned, the reason for return and your order number.
- Return the item in perfect condition (unused / undamaged / odorless).
- Use the original shipping box that the items were originally shipped with (make sure the box is well padded so that the item cannot be damaged). If you no longer have the envelope or shipping box or if it is too large, please consult us in advance!
The costs for returning is free. The amount will be refunded within a few days after receipt of the item.
It is not possible to exchange items. Items can only be returned for a refund of the purchase amount. If you want a different item, you must place a new order on our webshop yourself.
Pino reserves the right to credit only part of the amount paid if it is suspected that the article has already been used or if the article has been damaged.
