We ship your package for free within Belgium/Netherlands/Luxembourg/Germany from a purchase amount of €75. 

Below these amounts you pay the shipping costs below:

  • Belgium - €6
  • Netherlands/Germany/Luxembourg - €7
  • France/Monaco/Austria/Denmark - €11
  • Slovenia/Slovakia/Poland/Italy/Hungary/Tjechie - €15
  • Sweden/Spain/Romania/Croatia/Ireland/Finland - €25
  • Bulgary/Estonia/Greece/Latvia/Lithuania/Norway/Portugal - €32

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED?

Once we receive your payment, your package is usually shipped within 3-5 business days. Our products are handmade in small batches to ensure good quality.

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?

Within Belgium, we usually work with GLS. If a package is sent on a weekday, you usually receive it the next day. If a package is sent on a Friday, it will arrive on Monday. If it is sent on the weekend, your package will be delivered on Tuesday.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

When your package has shipped, you will automatically receive an email.

PAYMENT

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Paying for your order can be done securely with bancontact / mistercash, maestro, visa, mastercard or paypal.

RETURNS

Of course, we want you and your pet to be happy with your new accessories but should you for any reason not be completely satisfied with the products, the following steps apply:

  • Report your return within 28 days of receiving the order by sending an email in advance to hello@pinopets.com with the items to be returned, the reason for return and your order number.
  • Return the item in perfect condition (unused / undamaged / odorless).
  • Use the original shipping box the items were originally shipped with (make sure the box is well padded so the item cannot be damaged). If you no longer have the envelope or shipping box or it is too large, please contact us in advance!

    The cost of return is free of charge. The amount will be refunded within a few days of receiving the item.

    EXCHANGE PRODUCTS

    It is not possible to exchange items. Items can only be returned for a refund of the purchase price. If you want a different article, you must place a new order yourself on our webshop.

    EXCEPTIONS

    Pino reserves the right to credit only part of the amount paid if it is suspected that the item has already been used or if the item is damaged.
