About this set
Many dogs eat at the same height all their life, while their body changes. On the Raised Tray Extension, the tray and the bowls come up to your dog: the head stays in line with the back and there is less strain on neck and joints.
You get the Tray for Dogs and the Raised Tray Extension. The bowls are not included: pick 2 PINO bowls in the same size as the tray.
Material and care
The tray is made from PINO Sandstone®, our own material from natural sand: heavy, sturdy and free from BPA, phthalates, PVC and lead. Dishwasher safe at 30°C on the top rack.
The extension is made of solid wood and powder coated steel. Wipe it with a damp cloth and dry it. Not for the dishwasher.

Which size do I need?
The size of your bowls: Medium bowls go on the Medium tray, Large bowls on the Large tray. The extension does not fit under the Small tray.
Are the bowls included?
No. You get the tray and the extension. Pick 2 PINO bowls in the same size as the tray, or order them at the same time.
Which height should I start with?
With your pet standing, measure from the floor to where the chest meets the front legs, and put the rim of the bowl around that level. Between two settings, start low and move up if your pet still dips its head.
Can I use a discount code on a bundle?
No. A bundle already costs 15% less than the pieces separately, so it cannot be combined with other discount codes.
How fast is delivery, and can I return it?
