Why do we Collab?
How long will shipping take?
Your order will be shipped in two parts. The Fantail bed will ship directly from Fantail’s warehouse, usually with next-day delivery. The PINO bowls will ship from our warehouse within two to four working days.
It’s perfectly normal for one package to arrive before the other, once together, they’ll become The Green Retreat.
Do I have to buy the premade set, or can I mix & match?
Absolutely! You can create your own Green Retreat combination by mixing and matching items directly on our website. Just add a Fantail bed and at least one Crocodile Green bowl (or more) and you'll receive a 15% discount at checkout.
