QUESTIONS ABOUT THE GIFT CARD
How does the gift card arrive?
By email, as soon as your order is paid. By default it comes to you, so you can print it or forward it. Want it to go straight to the recipient? Tick the gift option above the button and fill in their email address.
Can I choose when it is sent?
Yes. When you send it to the recipient, pick a date and it arrives on that day. Handy for a birthday you do not want to forget.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes, up to 200 characters. It is included in the email the recipient gets.
Does the gift card expire?
No. There is no end date, so they can take their time to choose.
Does it have to be spent in one go?
No. Whatever is not used stays on the card and can be used on a later order. If the order costs more than the card, the rest is paid the usual way.
Are there shipping costs?
Not for the gift card itself, it is sent by email. The bowls they choose later are shipped as usual.
