How to use your new bowl
Thank you for choosing PINO. A few simple tips, so your bowl stays beautiful for years. Every bowl is finished by hand, so small differences in colour or texture are normal.
Step by step

Give it a spot
Place the bowl on a flat floor. On a PINO tray it sits in the recess, so it cannot slide or tip over.

Fill it
Kibble, wet food, raw food or water: it all works. The Classic Bowl has measuring lines on the inside, so portioning or checking how much your pet drinks takes one look.

Clean it
Dishwasher safe at 30°C on the top rack. By hand: lukewarm water, a mild soap and a soft sponge. A small brush helps in the ridges of a slow feeder.

Want it higher?
The Raised Tray Extension lifts the Tray for Dogs in Medium and Large and the Tray for Cats to 11, 19, 23 or 30 cm. Set by hand, no tools.
Care
Do
- Dishwasher safe on the top rack, at 30°C at most.
- Fridge friendly handy to prepare meals in advance.
- All food types wet food, kibble, raw food or water.
- Mild soap by hand with lukewarm water and a soft sponge.
Don't
- No microwave our natural stone does not like extreme heat.
- No oven keep it cool or at room temperature.
- No abrasive sponges they can dull the surface.
